Founded by Daniel McCullough, our journey began way back in 1993 when Daniel started as a sales representative in the fresh produce industry. Through hard work, dedication, and an eye for quality, he quickly built strong relationships with some of the UK’s top chefs – many at the very start of their careers. Daniel was inspired to start his own company utilising his expertise and values First Choice was then established in 2001.
